We demolished the garage and utility room and added this large side extension perfectly matching the existing building this added a massive master suite with dressing room and ensuite a huge kitchen and dining room with a large front porch incorporating storage cupboards, utility and gym with underfloor heating to all of the ground floor, new stairs and loft preparation works for later conversion as well as doing the outside patio tiling. A fabulous example of building an extension and making it look like it was always part of the original building.
For this extension and refurbishment in Gerrards Cross we demolished the conservatory and rear addition and built a full-width ground and first-floor extension with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a cloakroom, dressing room, large kitchen/family room and dining room with underfloor heating. This project also required extensive structural steelwork. An amazing outcome.
This Twickenham garden office project delivered a wonderful space of 6m x 6m and was built from scratch right at the end of the garden. It featured a large open area, shower room and store room, pumped drainage back to main house and black bi-fold doors complete this stunning build.
It was a tricky task matching bricks from the 1950’s but this side extension came out beautifully, perfectly matching the existing house. It featured a bedroom with fitted wardrobes, a large family bathroom with storage, a large entrance hall, utility room, cloakroom and study with the removal of internal walls to make it open plan.
A brilliant end result was achieved on this extension in Flackwell Heath by adding a single storey ground extension to extend the kitchen and dining area and a second storey extension and stairs conversion to form two bedrooms and an ensuite and family bathroom. We completed the project with a feature patio.
