This fantastic project, a family room in Farnham Common, involved adding a small side extension for a utility room and the removal of the whole roof. We installed new rafters to form a vaulted ceiling with Velux roof windows. By removing the inner walls of small boxed off rooms we created a fabulous kitchen and family area with lots of natural light. This also involved extensive rewiring, plumbing and plastering and the look was finished off with large bi-fold doors.
In this project we built a full length, double storey side extension to deliver an extended kitchen/family room, utility room and master bedroom with ensuite. This transformed the existing dormer windows into a user-friendly bedroom with ensuite and a study. It also provided a rear extension with two roof lanterns and full-width bi-fold doors to the dining room.
The work involved extensive structural steelwork, the removal of internal walls and a new fitted kitchen.
A fabulous transformation and an excellent use of the additional space.
On this project we removed a very ugly rear dormer roof and built up a second-floor extension which incorporated a large master bedroom, dressing room and ensuite bathroom.
Throughout the rest of the house we removed all of the first floor stairs and walls and fitted a fantastic feature staircase. Every room was reconfigured and fully rewired. We installed a new heating system with all new plumbing, it was fully replastered with all new internal joinery, oak engineered flooring and full redecoration. Now a truly glorious home.
On this garage to office conversion in Farnham Common we took a dilapidated garage and converted it for use into a beauty treatment area and separate office complete with shower room for clients and a kitchenette.
Grey bi-folds and cedar cladding complete a stunning modern look externally.
