The transformation of this 1930’s detached house was incredible, we extended to the rear, both sides and a loft conversion, the house was completely gutted and ended up a real beauty.
This Gerrards Cross extension and refurbishment is a huge conversion and has delivered an amazing transformation to this home. Work included demolishing a garage and building a new one and adding new entrance. Utility and cloakroom were added also. We gutted the interior and relocated the kitchen. This involved extensive steel work and the removal of three walls. We added three new bathrooms, corner bi-fold and sliding doors and a huge custom pocket door. Take a look at the images below to see this incredible transformation.
For this large Beaconsfield extension and alternation we added a large ground floor extension with atrium roof, bi-fold doors and a kitchen relocation creating a huge kitchen living area. We installed underfloor heating and an engineered wood floor also compliment this wonderful addition.
We added a front porch, new windows and coloured render to this small terraced house to transform the exterior.
For this Stoke Poges refurbishment we transformed the house giving it a modern touch as the pictures show. Externally we installed new roof tiles, grey UPVC windows, coloured render and a new porch. Internally we fitted a new relocated oak staircase with glass balustrade, new bathrooms and adding two new ensuite bathrooms and an Amtico floor to the entire ground floor. This once tired looking property now has a fantastic new look.
A challenging and varied refurbishment to a grade two listed house. We installed extensive structural steelwork to remove a ground floor wall that had been supporting the three stories above.
We provided a full damp proof treatment, installed underfloor heating, rewired, replumbed, replastered and installed a new fitted kitchen. We also installed a fabulous set of bi-fold doors that overlooked a whole new patio conversion that complimented the new open plan style. A stunning and original transformation.
For this extension and refurbishment in Gerrards Cross we demolished the conservatory and rear addition and built a full-width ground and first-floor extension with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a cloakroom, dressing room, large kitchen/family room and dining room with underfloor heating. This project also required extensive structural steelwork. An amazing outcome.
