We have now started to utilize liquid screed. One of the benefits of this is that it can be laid to more shallow levels than conventional screed. This is particularly useful when fitting underfloor heating retrospectively thereby eliminating the need to carry out expensive excavations of existing floors to incorporate the insulation required under the installation.
